Had a great experience, lovely friendly ladies who looked after me and my friend. Pedicure was perfect, lots of colours to choose from, nice and relaxing environment. I would recommend using the salon, easy to find in the shopping centre too.

Arms on the hard desk which will cut into your skin after a while. These desks are right on the footpath in the building, so if you are not vigilante, somebody can snatch your bag,
Children running around the venue making it not a relaxing experience,
One of my nail is damaged, after a few days i noticed my nail looked like it had a bubble under the biab and it eventually lead for my nail to be damaged
oh and they charge extra to remove the previous biab.

Nice ambience and lovely service. The therapist was throughout and checked in to ensure I was happy with my manicure and gel polish.The environment was presentable, cool and airy which was great On a hot day. I had a really positive experience there.

Venue was slightly hard to find (given there are multiple entrances to house of fraser, which it says it is opposite).
There was a slight wait for the service.
I would have appreciated a custioned mat or something to rest my elbows on as they were on the hard table which got painful after a while.
The latter parts of the service did feel slightly rushed & my BIAB has chipped slightly, less than a week after they were done, plus there is a dent in the nails that I couldn't see under the lights
