I normally have really good experiences here and always leave 5 star reviews. Unfortunately, the last two times I’ve been have left me with nails that are uneven, messy, and some where they’re not even the same colour(!) despite taking much longer to do than usual and repeated wiping off to try again. It’s a huge shame and they’re not cheap, so I didn’t want to write off the salon after one solitary bad experience because we all have those days, however twice in a row makes it difficult to justify risking a third.

Feel awful for the ladies that work here, I think someone was late to work which meant they had to try and pick up the appointments of lots of unhappy customers. I had to wait 25min, and the person after me had to wait 35min
