I’m usually really thrilled with my nails from Absolute Joy but the past 3 times I have been seen by a new woman with orange hair and my nails have been awful and cracked or broken within the first week. Most recently she has used far too much gel powder which is bumpy and has made my nails too thick meaning she spends an extraordinary amount of time filing which eventually becomes painful and I leave with aching fingers. A shame that this new person doesn’t have the same standards as the others
