This usually unique experience is good although there should be more chambers nationwide.the cost is a bit steep for 15 minutes but staff are friendly if not a little preoccupied with their phones!

Great experience, I think I had Isaac who helped me with all of my annoying questions and put me at ease during the session - not every day you jump into a chamber at -90 degrees! I didn't see the full effects as I was told i'd need 4 mins but the allowed limit if its your first time is 3 mins but i have booked up to try it again! Recommended and everyone can do it - not as scary as you might think!
