The waiting area is uncomfortable, the door on the changing room didn’t shut. Nothing was really explained to me or asked did I have any questions, being my first experience I was rightly nervous. I would have thought for £95 to be given a glass of water afterwards would be standard and maybe a blanket but nothing. I just had to ask “was that all & shall I get dressed” Was asked if I wanted music I did but it didn’t work. Felt great after the Cryo and pain free for a good few hours. The 3 mins goes quickly if you close your eyes & get in a zone. Found it easier than expected. But the spa needs some refining as I mentioned.
