The next course of classes begins on Tuesday 9th September and start at 7.30pm.
These classes are aimed at both beginners and those who are keen to improve their belly dancing skills. This low impact, high cardiovascular form of exercise is great for sculpting and toning the body, increasing flexibility and joint movement, as well as boosting confidence. The classes focus on Turkish, Arabian and Egyptian cabaret style belly dancing, with coin hip belts provided.
