You will train with AJ Carter is a rising heavyweight boxing star, who was used by David Haye to prepare for England’s biggest boxing match in 2012 Haye v Chisora. Mark is a Strength and Conditioning Coach for British Boxing Champions, he also works with Olympic Athletes, training for the 2016 Olympics in Brazil. Mark’s Sports Conditioning is training that is sport specific to maximise the participant’s potential. This involves creating a customized fitness program for the individual’s role in whatever sport they do.
