My bangs were cut badly from my friend. How much would it cost just for my bangs to be cut?

It was a dare to get my hair cut and my friend cut my bangs straight across, but theyre still long. I'm 14 years old and I don't have a lot of money. How much would it be to get them fixed? I'm probably going to go to the Wyoming Valley Mall in Wilkes-Barre Pa.
