This depends on whether you want to see length strait away. If so you need extensions. Overlays will allow your nails to grow without breaking so you will reach your desired length

Gel overlays will help strengthen your own nails but it will obviously take time for them to grow. If you need instant length, then extensions is the answer. Its all down to whether you can wait for your nails to grow or not.

I agree gel overlays will give your nails the strength to grow but if you want instant lenght then i'd go for extensions!

I would suggest Shellac if you would like to try and grow your own nails! Im in love with the product - my nails are so weak - Shellac strengthens and has made mine grow! There are so many different colour options - aswell as a french look. But obviolsy if you would like instant length i would go with gel as it is more natural looking. Have fun pampering!

I would suggest Overlays as within weeks they would have strengthend and grown. Extensions dont look as natural as your own nails.
