• Please call or email to reschedule if you are feeling unwell, do not attend the appointment in person to let us know.
• Please arrive on time. We are carefully scheduling appointments with increased time for disinfecting all workstation areas, tools, and uniform, before and after treatments to avoid anyone waiting. This plus our 2m workstation distance will help us to keep our social distancing. If you are more than 15 minutes late we will have to reschedule.
• Government guidelines state that so long as your practitioner is wearing a visor (which they will be) face masks offer no additional benefit. We leave this to your discretion.
• Please come alone (no children)
• On arrival please ring the bell. Your practitioner will welcome you at the door, take your temperature and guide you to where you can wash your hands. We will also be washing hands in between every client.
• If you decide to pay at the venue, please pay by card.
• We will still be offering teas and coffee in disposable cups but will be unable to offer magazines.
• Please bring a bag to store your coat. The coat will be placed in bag before entering salon.
