With a BSc (Hons) in Psychology and advanced training in mobility, anatomy, and physiology as a Level 5 Sports Therapist, Rob offers a truly comprehensive approach to health, fitness, and rehabilitation that sets him apart. He is an England Athletics Coach in Running Fitness and a British Triathlon Federation High Performing Coach Program graduate (Level 3).
