She has been involved in bodywork for many years, holding an ITEC Level 3 Diploma in Sports Massage Therapy, a Diploma in Sports and Kinesio Taping, and a Diploma in Deep Tissue Massage, with a focus on Swedish Massage. She uses a mixture of techniques to give her clients relief from injuries, pain and general aches and pains as well as providing injury recovery and prevention advice. Sam played Lacrosse for England and has suffered from multiple sports injuries herself providing her with an in-depth understanding of sports injury, injury recovery both physically and mentally. Sam also has experience of treating a wide range of conditions, with a special interest in fibromyalgia and other chronic pain conditions, sports injuries, injury rehabilitation, ankle pain, back pain and neck pain.
