I use a reclining chair as I find it more relaxing than a therapy couch. Come & recline in the chair with a heated blanket to relax your back, heated lavender bags around your neck & shoulders, a silk eye mask to help you zone out and a cosy blanket draped over you to ensure you remain warm & comfortable. Whilst your feet are soothed in a 10 minute foot spa to open up the meridians I will go through a few questions in readiness for 50 mins of reflexology where I treat all the different systems in the body from the endocrine, digestive, reproductive as well as the lymphatic system & provide a tailor made session based on your health needs.
