Massage is more than a profession for me—it’s a calling. Coming from a family rooted in medicine and health, I’ve always been drawn to healing. While I’ve had a successful career in another field, I pivoted to massage because I wanted something more meaningful: a way to connect, to help, and to be present for others in a deeper way.
I hold an ITEC Diploma in Massage Therapy, with advanced training in both deep tissue and trigger point techniques. But what truly sets my work apart is the way I combine that technical understanding with natural empathy and intuition. Whether you need a strong, focused session to release chronic tension, or a gentler, nurturing touch to soothe your nervous system, I’ll tune into exactly what your body needs in that moment.
I specialise in working with people who often put themselves last—runners pushing their limits, new mums giving so much of themselves, or those caught in the daily grind of desk work and stress.
