Our instructors are experienced and completely professional. They are registered instructors under The British Combat Association. A typical training session involves warm up such as circuit training, Thai Pad work, groundwork and light sparring, which is optional but recommended. Nobody will be thrown in the deep end and made to spar if this is not what they want from their training. We are hybrid MMA style club which incorporates striking, takedowns, throws, strangles, chokes and submissions, which have been put together from Thai boxing, jiu jitsu, wrestling and judo with a structured grading system, so you can progress through the belts to achieve your black belt.
