Founder Sarah Lawson trained at Sandhurst, before commissioning into the Corp of Royal Engineers. After spending four years in the Army she decided there was more she could be doing to help people achieve their goals. She set up more2train4 in order to help people realise their potential, aim high, and achieve higher! We are based in and around South London we move to suit you, training outdoors to get the benefits of the fresh air, the vitamin D, and all the benefits that training in the great outdoors brings! Motiv8tional Fitness and Pilates was started in 2010 when Jenny decided to leave her job in the city and pursue a career in what is her passion - health and fitness. Jenny is a Level 3 Personal Trainer and STOTT Pilates Instructor with a wealth of experience helping clients to achieve their weight loss, fitness and rehabilitation goals. Specialising in pre and post natal exercise, Jenny can help you to maintain fitness and prepare for the birth as best you can and also get you back to your pre baby shape afterwards. Originally a gymnast and equestrian eventer, Jenny believes that the key to total body fitness includes cardiovascular, flexibility, strength, muscular endurance, body composition and skill training. Her total fitness approach will help improve your fitness for functionality as well as aesthetics. In addition to her love of health and fitness, Jenny also takes a keen interest in nutrition. She uses her experience in all of these fields to develop a package that is tailor made to each individual.

This is group fitness classes accross the London Borough of Ealing. Class types Metafit and boxercise and circuits This are a 30minute fast class. It is high intensity interval based training using your own body weight to perform functional exercise that work your major muscle groups. It works on your endurance, power and strength. Increases your metabolism and burns fat. It's short, effective and fun and increases your fitness . Metafit work outs run for four week and change each month . Boxercise This is a great cardio work out that helps hand eye co-ordination, and gives you a great cardio vascular work out. It increases you self discipline, agility, speed and reactions. And it a fun way to get for , lose with and keep yourself strong , fit and healthy.
