Soul Sanctuary was born from my own personal healing journey and a heartfelt passion for helping others. I wanted to create more than somewhere to receive a treatment. I envisioned a peaceful, safe and nurturing space where people could feel genuinely understood, deeply cared for and supported in reconnecting with themselves.

I'm Elisa, a Usui Reiki Master, intuitive massage therapist, sculptural facial massage specialist, crystal healer and qualified life and spiritual coach, with additional training in trauma-informed practice, breathwork and nervous system regulation.

My approach is rooted in the belief that our physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing are deeply connected, and that true holistic care begins with understanding the individual.

Because no two people are the same, no two treatments should be either.

From therapeutic and intuitive massage to Reiki healing, nervous system support and beautifully restorative facial experiences, every session is thoughtfully tailored to your unique needs.
