There is no lift and no ground-floor treatment room available, making the physical space unsuitable for wheelchair users or individuals with severe mobility impairments.

• Virtual Skin Consultations: If you cannot physically visit the Mayfair salon, you can book a comprehensive digital consultation. We will analyze your skin via video call and recommend or ship bespoke product regimes directly to your door.
