If you can no longer make your appointment, kindly allow at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 50% fee, and missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full.

Exceptions may be made in cases of emergency or illness, at the therapist’s discretion.
