Hi, I’m Sarah Matthews, a Reiki Master Practitioner & Teacher with over a decade of experience. I’m passionate about helping people reconnect with themselves through energy healing, whether to ease stress, support personal growth, or navigate life’s challenges.

I take a trauma-informed approach, with training in Mental Health Awareness, First Aid. Reiki is a gentle, complementary therapy, that works safely alongside medical care to support overall well-being*. I have experience of working with clients with stress, anxiety, burnout, PTSD, chronic fatigue, post-viral conditions and many other conditions.

What to Expect in a Session

Your Reiki session takes place in a calm, nurturing space at Brighton & Hove Therapies which offers a bright, airy, clean space for healing. You’ll lie fully clothed on a comfortable treatment table as I gently place my hands on or just above different areas of your body, allowing Reiki energy to flow.
