I’m Kerry — a holistic therapist, Reiki Master and sensitive soul who believes in the quiet strength we all carry within.

Kerry Knight Holistic Well-Being was born from my own healing path — shaped by grief, anxiety, burnout, and deep personal transformation. I know how it feels to be overwhelmed or lost, and I also know the gentle beauty of finding your way back to yourself.

This work isn’t something I trained in just to do — it’s something I live.

It’s my heart’s way of reminding you:

My intention in every session is simple:
