My approach is intuitive. Many clients only need to see me once for bodywork. When we move into helping them create tangible change in their lives beyond the borders of their physical body we normally work for a term together.

The more resistance carried in the body, the longer it takes. The more open you are, the more instant the benefits of working with me will be.

My bodywork gently helps clients dissolve patterning that been trapped in the fascia and soft tissues. By dissolving the patterning, the pain and issues within the body are much improved if not entirely disappeared. The result is feeling lighter, freer, joyful, expanded and happy!

Having gained my original qualifications is body therapy in the 90’s, I set up one of London's first corporate wellbeing companies providing massage to Bank of New York and many others. My training has gone beyond standard qualifications and included studying privately in specialist schools and personal mentorship by masters of energy over many consecutive years.

Since 2018 I have been facilitating clients as an accredited master coach, to help them create their impossible dreams.
