​At Fitness In Minutes, Edinburgh, you can enjoy gentle, science-based compression therapy designed to support your body’s natural lymphatic flow and circulation. Pressotherapy is perfect for reducing bloating, easing the feeling of heavy legs and enhancing overall body contour and comfort. It is not a medical treatment and is not suitable for individuals with certain conditions. A full consultation is included prior to your first session. Pressotherapy at Fitness in Minutes can be enjoyed as an add-on to your regular EMS workouts, or booked separately using our Vagaro storefront. The procedures are carried out on the Zemits Demeter 2.0. Course recommendations for best results are undergoing 10–15 sessions, spaced every 2–4 days, followed by maintenance with 1 session per month or a repeated course after 6 months. Typical session length is 30 minutes.​
