I booked a massage with Zowie Conway due to the great reviews for her. But when I arrived I was told it would be a different masseur, which was disappointing. The masseur did ask me to tell him if the pressure was too much, which I did a few times, but it was still painful and he didn't really go any gentler. He assured me it was worth a little pain and would get better. 3 days later my shoulders are a lot more painful than when I went in.
