The place is a lovely little oasis of calm hidden away under an organic store! It’s not fancy but it is lovely. Francesco gave me a 30 min sports massage and was really communicative as it was my first time. It really felt thorough and got into my aches and pains. Quick, good value, lovely.

I had been feeling tired and achy all day and really needed a massage. When I arrived I was immediately impressed by the calm ambiance of the treatment rooms and I was given a warm and friendly welcome by the receptionist. Zowie is an incredible therapist with a really calming and intuitive approach. I felt like she really listened to me and my body and she gave me a massage tailored to my needs. Zowie is a really talented therapist and I will definitely be booking another treatment with her soon.
