As I booked the day before at about 10pm got a call at 10:30am to ask to change the time to 15mins later- no problem & plenty of warning, Lovely guy greeted us! Our couples massage was in separate rooms but knew tgis from reading reviews, my massage was sooooo relaxing was asked how I preferred soft,medium, hard- went for medium and was perfect awhile hr of calm relaxing music was perfect. Thank you guys
