Expected my first session to have been above average and at least 60 FULL mins vs 45.
However Zowie is a very experienced therapist and knew my aches/issues without even asking.

The place is a little hard to find but once you're there, everything is great. Zowie is such a calm, gentle soul and it immediately puts you in the zone to relax and enjoy. I've had 3 massages so far and if anything out of our control has gone wrong, Zowie's worked to fix or make up for it. I was late for my first treatment after some difficulty finding the place and even though it was my fault, Zowie gave me a little discount for the shortened treatment. I was first massage of the day recently and there were a few technical difficulties with the music so Zowie wasn't satisfied with the treatment and invited me back for a free half hour today to make up for it! I really appreciate that level of generosity and compassion. The treatments have always been amazing as well, leaving me relaxed and limber. Zowie told me a few extra tips to help out my back pain at home as well. One of my favourite things is what Zowie has told me about my energy and aura post-treatment, it's such a gentle conversation starter to break the long silence that still sticks with the vibe of what's happening. Just make sure you pay through here or take cash!

I had an excellent deep tissue massage today. Zowie listened to how I was feeling and really concentrated on areas of tension in my neck, back and legs. The massage was deep and also extremely relaxing. The candles and music in the room created a lovely ambience. I have felt really zen all day since the massage. Zowie also gave some advice for a knee injury I have. I found her very knowledgeable, experienced and also intuitive. Looking forward to returning for another treatment soon. Highly recommended.
