I went to see Zowie feeling very down, very stressed and generally not in a good place. I intentionally booked a deep tissue massage because I've had chronic knots and tension around the upper back, neck and shoulders. Zowie is strong, serene, confident, immediately put me at ease and felt like she genuinely cared about me. I'm used to more physical massages but she asked upfront if I was open to hear addressing the more emotional side of things; as such while I didn't really know what to expect, I probably wouldn't refer to it as a deep tissue massage. It was more about pressure points, chakra, chimes and other slightly spiritual elements. Zowie clearly knows what she's doing and tapped into some very deep-rooted tension spots. She obviously also tapped into some blocked energy somewhere as well as I was very emotional afterwards but felt lighter and slept very well that night, without the usual headaches that you can sometimes get following a more physical massage. I would definitely recommend Zowie - just be very clear about what you want and what you're expecting to avoid potential disappointment.

I can honestly say it was THE BEST massage I've EVER had !!
I've lived in London a couple of years now and it's been difficult to find a therapist that connect with me how I like but now I'm happy to discover Zowie and her magic! The massage is fantastic. The pressure was perfecto I love how she massaged deep into my muscles to release the tensions and balancing this with relaxation. I never experienced a treatment this intuitive and to this high standard before. I already booked again. Thank you Zowie see you in 2wks. LucaB
