I had an appointment with Lara and she was just so lovely. She was a great listener and sat down and talked to my about my anxiety before tailoring the massage to suit these issues and giving me feedback afterwards about where I was tight and what I can be doing to help this. I felt super comfortable there.

Great treatment. Very professional and responsive. My only concern is that the treatment was a bit short of the allotted time. I will still go back though. It was, by far, best quality massage that I've had in London.

Zowie is the best massage therapist I have found in London. I have an ongoing issue in my neck and she really knows how to relieve the pain. She is also lovely, always remembers things we've talked about and is all round a calming, positive person.

Great massage from Zowie. Currently doing a lot of sports which means tight muscles and tension. Zowie did a great massage and the following day I felt less tense and able to hit my training hard again. Will definitely be back. Thank you Zowie!

I loved the location but I found the waiting area a bit uncomfortable, but otherwise everything was clean and lovely and calm. The staff upstairs were really sweet, storing my bike for me. Zoe is super sweet and soothing, massage was firm and healing. Felt great afterwards.
