I booked myself for a Glow facial which was meant to be 1 hour 15 mins and I was there for just about 1 hour. Zoe started cleansing my face straight away without consulting, she seemed to be rushing. She missed out many steps that were outlined in the description of the facial: she only cleansed once rather than double, she did not give me a facial massage and missed out two steps with serums. I think this is a total shame and not worth £80. I will not be going back sadly.
