I didn't have Ben today but the blow dry was still very good. I think thr stylist was a little nervous but she did a beautiful job. the only downside was it wasn't really styled into any particular style

I had an appointment for a steam treatment and blow dry. When I turned up at the correct time, Ben was not around. I was handed over to a person who just started working there who did a poor job on my hair. They didn't use heat protection spray on my hair despite me asking nor did they know how to work with curly hair. The main person told me that Ben will do my hair, but it didn't happen. It took them a very long time to do my hair because the person don't know curly hair. Very disappointing!
