Ben arrived 30 minutes late however he did apologise. I wanted a quick trim but was advised that i needed to wash my hair for an extra £5 because its easier to cut with the razor
Men's Haircut
Very happy with my hair but my visit was chaotic. Arrived on time and they thought my appointment was later so had to sit and air for at least 30 minutes. Really happy with my hair but the experience was exactly that an experience. Staff squabbling, the male stylist seemed quite an abrupt guy and not a great communicator with clients. Saw tugging of hair instead of combing customers hair from the ends upwards to avoid breakage. One stylist had a client but said she had to leave early as she had plans so someone else had to finish the client. There was a lady who was there before me and the whole process of her cut and style was quite shocking and she left only shortly before me.
My loctition, was gentle and did a great job with my hair and for that yes I would return but they need to work on scheduling clients with enough time to give the stylist to do hair and finish before the next client arrives so there is no waiting around and just be a bit more professional in general otherwise they will lose customers after a rusty visit. I’m hopeful when I go back, things will be how they should be.
