i booked in with Ben for a treatment and blow-dry. It took him 1 whole hour to blowdry my hair.I have curly hair, however not thick afro texture, my hair is mixed with white. After painfully watching this process, he then told me i needed a trim, however please tell me why I have left the salon with atleast 5 inches taken off my hair which is now a extremely uneven bob. When i questioned him on this, his response was in a shouting manner we are closing at 7 you are taking up my time.

unfortunately even though I had booked to see the stylist Ben he wasn't there. although I appreciate things happen it wasn't until I asked where Ben was that I was informed he wouldn't be there.

A very softly spoke man with friendly greeting on arrival. Not gushing which could be a real turn off. I felt immediately at ease considering we hadn’t met before. I had prior information about his skill and professionalism, but the proof was in his finished work . An excellent job and I will most definitely be revisiting in the near future. Happy to recommend his work.
