i was surprised there was a new hair stylist. I prefer novas way of cutting my hair than the new one, i hope you put option of the different hair stylist so i can select my preference and would still go back. Apparently after my hair was cut, i said earlier that it looks like my hair have different lengths on the 2 sides so the stylist cut the other side shorter. but she said theres a way to determine if its on diff length or not. so she showed it to me which is obviously not on the same length again.then i asked her can you cut the other side a lil bit more but she said no its fine it is what it is. which i find a bit rude. she said its just beacuse my hair was dry and wavy that caused it.also shes emphasizing that i should shampoo cut and dry option which i find a bit rude again. Nova cut my hair 3 times already but never complained with the option i choose. Shes professional and really good in cutting my hair unlike the new one.

Very clean and stylish place! Therapist was very kind and communicative, good at paying attention to detail when perfecting my lashes! It was a very relaxing and quick experience, I loved it and I absolutely adore my lashes ✨

Wow!! I felt at home and so gentle and knew exactly what you needed and wanted everything I asked to do was perfect I had my lashes and hair cut I won’t be going anywhere else for my hair hair now thank-you for giving me a brand new look and can’t wait to go back
