Although Zara was a lovely lady, there were some aspects of the treatment that weren’t so good. During the eyebrow threading she broke the skin which was still visible after the treatment. It was really nice that she used her own products and they felt amazing but the ambience could have been more relaxing, particularly during the times when masks were left on. The room was quite bright throughout.

Venue is inside a private house. Found the experience a bit strange / uncomfortable, was not exactly put at ease by the practitioner. Room was a bit worn and did not feel particularly clean. Wax was slightly more painful than experiences elsewhere. On website treatment said 30mins but was in and out in under 8mins; this might be a positive for some but I felt more time and care could have been taken; have had similar treatments last an hour. Got a terrible rash on the area that was waxed that did not go away until weeks after - have had rashes before but not as severe as this. Maybe just unlucky as other reviews are very positive. On the plus side it was cheap.
