Wax was incredibly hot I've been waxed for years and never experienced this heat before and having a Hollywood felt like fire being poured on me. Kept telling me I'm sensitive and the wax isnt hot! Went back a few more times to give benifit of the dout but been the same everytime. Maybe the temperature on the pot is faulty but each time she poured more balls of wax it melted instantly and shes slathering it on straight away ouch!
