My first time visiting Zara Hair and I had a very nice experience. They were very efficient with my hair and there was a nice atmosphere. They were running a little behind schedule but the lady behind the desk was extremely apologetic and kept me informed which was very considerate.

Mixed experience. The stylist spoke little English, so I got no restyle advice (I specifically booked a restyle appointment), just a trim of my current hairstyle. Still, the cut and blow dry were good. However, the wash was rough and unpleasant.
