First time going to Zara hair. Only wanted a small amount of hair trimmed so went for the dry cut. Nice polite reception upon arrival. Hair dresser was nice but when I said a small amount trimmed as I am getting married she took it upon herself to take over an inch of hair off and staying hacking at layers at the front which I promptly STOPPED her from continuing. I said thank you and informed the manager at the till to be told “must be down to language barrier”.. Not happy! Not coming back.
