I’ve been going to Zana’s beauty salon for many weeks now and everytime I am happy with the results of my eyebrows. She is also very nice and does my eyebrows perfect every time I go.

Having been caught up at work and not able to make my appointment I called to reschedule. It was very last minute I admit. I however found Zana to be extremely rude about it (bearing in mind she’s already been paid). She wasn’t willing to reschedule at all and I had to hang up on her as she was so disrespectful. I will not be spoken to like a child and I will never book this place again. She can keep my money
