Booked in to have my nails done since I had some time to waste before my train and wanted my nails looking nice again. Zara was lovely and thorough. If you want a gentle pamper this is not the place for you but I appreciated the attention taken and how well the nails were done. I've had them done in loads of different places and I know these will last ages - very competent and uses highest quality stuff. Zara was lovely to talk to, really friendly and gave me good advice about my nails
