Appointment had to be rescheduled due to Shanice working at another salon. Appointments never run on time. I felt I was not a priority as Shanice was performing treatments on another client. Eyebrow makeover was good but not a relaxing experience

Overall experience was good. Minor issues such as having to be reminded of treatments booked in (eyelash and eyebrows) rather than eyebrows alone would make for a 5 star rating, but the end was great
