Hydrafacial machine didn’t work, wasn’t called into appt till 7.15, paid for an hour treatment however only got 45 mins. Offered 20 off next treatment but I won’t be back sadly. Appt was 6.30 was asked to come at 6.50 as running late so very late.

Appointment had to be rescheduled due to Shanice working at another salon. Appointments never run on time. I felt I was not a priority as Shanice was performing treatments on another client. Eyebrow makeover was good but not a relaxing experience
