Gorgeous studio. Reception was really welcoming and friendly. I booked for an HD eyebrow treatment. My overgrown eyebrows were beautifully tamed by Shanice. She was attentive, professional and a joy to be around. Feeling like I’m almost ready to rejoin society. Thank you. Might book in another treat for myself now :) x

Worst wax I've ever had! She seemed very distracted and not careful at all. Ripped off a bit of my skin and made me bleed, didn't apply enough strip wax and left a lot of hair. Said that you can never get everything perfect, what am I paying for then!? She forgot which parts of my legs she hadn't waxed and waxed a part of the leg that I didn't want waxed. And kept repeating how professional she was. Even ruined my sock with the hot wax. What a painful and horrible experience this was!

My Brazilian was was amazing with Ines, she made me feel so comfortable. She is so friendly and has 25 years experience!!! Ladies she will advise you on the best options personalised for you especially, I have finally found someone I can trust with all my future treatments. The Wax did not hurt as much as it normally would, Ines has some great skills and uses special wax not everyone knows about or has which is why the pain was minimal. Book with Ines ladies, you’ll be very happy
