Facial with Ines was amazing!! My best one ever, she was so caring. Ines used only natural products during my facial, my face feels amazing!! So much clearer and brighter, I love my new face. It feels so soft and looks smooth. Honestly book your facial with Ines she talks you through everything she is doing which makes you feel so comfortable. Thank you so much Ines I will be back for another one!!

Overall I was pretty happy with the treatments, however I wasn't asked what colour tint I would like for my eyebrows and the tint used was too dark. Furthermore I did think that the lash lift treatment was rushed and the resulting curl is not as defined as I was hoping for.
