I had the Hollywood wax done by Katherine. She is evidently a very experienced beautician - the entire process took just 20 minutes at a very comfortable pace. She was very gentle and communicative throughout the session, which made me feel very comfortable. I'd highly recommend her for any first-timers or anyone looking for a routine wax!
