A friend told me about the place and described it as the best place in the area. I am always very satisfied with the result and friendly service. Apart from top hairdresser, now they even do pedicure, manicure and massages, which is a great combination and you can sort out everything in one place. This is guaranteed the most professional place in SW16 & SW17. Try it out, you'll like it and you'll almost certainly want to return.
My appointment was rescheduled, the therapist clearly hadn't been informed, and she made it quite clear she wasn't happy about it. It was my first time at this salon, and waxing is never a pleasant experience, and she made me feel extremely unwelcome and uncomfortable. She barely said two words to me throughout my whole appointment.
I've been getting hot waxes regularly for years. When I said the wax was too hot, she told me I was wrong and continued. It was quite painful, and it's left my skin slightly Blistered in places. The wax also took 45 mins. I'm not particularly hairy, I've never had a wax lasting longer than 20 mins before.
The whole experience was awful. I read some of the positive reviews on this website before booking, I was left extremely dissapointed.

Really recommend this salon, the stylist was friendly, listened to what I wanted, understood my needs and coped with the fact that I am a bit fringe obsessed. Confirmed with me how much to take off and amazing hair wash!! Definitely going back.

The therapist made me feel very relaxed and the treatment was probably the most pain free I've experienced. Would highly recommended.
