Absolutely lovely. Staff friendly. Love going here, must be 4th time now. Great value for money.
All good except headrest broken in Jacuzzi and laying on the floor . Wasn't told there are lots of stairs and that the relaxation room is up the stairs away from the other facilities. It didn't look very nice anyway as it only has bean bags which have seen better days and have hardly any beans left so it would have been like laying practically on the floor...... nothing relaxing in that. No clock in the spa which I think is needed but apart from that it was a nice afternoon and the girls were very respectful and pleasant
Lovely morning spent at the spa with a friend - we arrived to find the place to ourselves :), all saunas were hot, middle foot spa wasn't working but I did have 2 more to choose from, then a quick tea & biccie in the relaxation room before a lovely back massage - all in all very enjoyable.
I bought a package for two and the staff made every effort to coordinate our treatments to accommodate our booking at short notice. We were contacted the day before as there had been a cancellation so we were able to have our treatments at the same time. There were plenty of spa facilities to keep us occupied for 2 hours and it was clean and well maintained, but the thing that made our experience was the lovely friendly staff who couldn’t do enough to help. I’ve already booked my next appointment.
