Your spa at Ramsgate is a wonderful find - inexpensive luxury, wonderful ambience, genuinely caring, friendly, experienced therapists. From the moment you enter until the moment you leave, every aspect of the experience is designed to relax and rejuvenate. The relaxation room is a delight - large enough you need never make eye contact with another guest, if you so choose; well-equipped with bean bags and refreshments; gorgeously decorated with flickering candles and abstract art. The treatments themselves manage to be effective as well as a sensory delight - the eyelash tint I requested was undertaken so delicately I really thought it was part of the facial! All the staff seem committed to ensuring you enjoy every moment of your time with them - they are happy to offer advice or be silent, just as you prefer, and never try to sell you anything.
A visit here is a real treat and wholeheartedly recommended for any occasion.
Spa was lovely staff lovely and friendly too .very good price would have like to use relaxation room but not in the deal with just using the spa
Great spa, excellent facilities which I use on a weekly basis. The spa facilities are excellent and always clean and well maintained when i visit. My only real moans are that the showers in the ladies changing rooms are not great, the water tends to trickle out! And the lockers often swallow your twenty pence pieces and then don't lock. Would be better to have refundable lockers. Staff are friendly and helpful however and my overall experience so far has been excellent.
A wonderful relaxing experience . Staff very polite with a warming atmosphere. Well worth the money . Can't wait for next treatment
Great surroundings and excellent staff , the treatments were really good value .. all very professional wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Spa and will be back !
