Thorough diagnostic session with Jack to figure out what the cause of my issue was and run me through the recovery exercises in detail.
This was great as I've had treatment elsewhere before where you can feel the therapist is itching to recommend some generic rehab exercises and send you in your way.

Steve is aware of the demands of Athletics and of the supporting gym work necessary, and tailors his muscle release massage accordingly. His physio exercises are carefully designed to pinpoint those areas that need working on. He also understands the issues faced by octogenarian athletes who have to work on those areas that need particular emphases.
