This was my first time visiting YO1 Wellness York and I will certainly be back. I went for an hour sports & deep tissue massage after some intense weeks of training. Steve was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in my recovery. I will forward to returning.

I had been having trouble for the last couple of years from an unhealed hip injury, that flared up every time I tried to get back into exercise. Steve did a thorough assessment and helped me to gradually build up my strength, always giving me detailed instructions tailored to my needs and goals. I was able to start moving again and I am very grateful for it.
